Stop Shitting on Yourself

Why do we shit on ourselves and others so easily? I’m actually doing it right now.  I am shitting on myself for being shitty. I can think I’m a shitty dad, friend, lover. I hear myself and other people talk themselves out of their greatness way too often.

I have conversations where I with talk with others about how people are shitty drivers and shitty at this or that.  But how often do we marvel at how most humans are driving these machines that they invited.  Humans operate cars at high speeds with a very small failure rate. For 100k miles,  I have mostly stayed between the lines….that’s an uptime that computers and cell towers struggle to obtain.

I do love shitting on organizations…they are imperfect and don’t care if you shit on them because they don’t have feelings and need to have opposition so they evolve.

I grew up in a faith that said the church is perfect but the members are not. I call bullshit on this phrase.  It creates praise of an organization and allows for judgement to be passed onto the patrons.  The organization is never perfect and it’s up to the perfect human mini-gods to make the best evolving organizations that serve us.

Try not to ever shit on individuals because they are you and you are them and we are gods.  Shit on the organization that is making them think they are anything less than perfect.

That’s my rant! It’s as negative as I like to get.  I have never been able to find fault in people, just in organizations.  Please reply with ideas on how this is faulty thinking.  I am perfect but I make mistakes;) a human is perfect just as a bird or a bear is perfect.

This is my bear I put in the Vitruvian Man frame. Why? Because like man, bear is perfect just by being bear. Bear cannot error.
