Your Principles
A cousin of mine replied to the email I sent yesterday. He said he has a family motto that comes from Siddhartha. I asked him what other mottos his family might have. He replied with these three, which all have a backstory I am waiting to hear about.
1) Don’t be annoying
2) Always share…unless it’s really good
3) I can think, I can wait, I can fast
I love the idea of mottos and principles. I don’t have any for our family or as a partnership with my spouse, so I am feeling like I need to generate some this year.
What I can share is my company’s principles that are reviewed each week and we are always adding to them. Remember that I am often sharing content prior to it being public or finished, as is the case with our principle page, found here.
We will always have new principles and they are forever up for debate and discussion by our community. We have developed a reddit-like application to engage with all our principles and other health content that will be shared and discussed on our website.
I will use my daily email to discuss some of our principles each week. Maybe I will discuss the weekly principle that we go over as a team on Mondays. It is by far my favorite practice we do with our small team thus far.
Our first principle is “Gratitude is the Path”.
I am grateful for all of you that show up in my life in the most perfect way by saying hello in real life and online. Thank you for making heaven right now. I am writing an essay about heaven and cannot wait to share it here soon. Love ya!
Happy 4:20

A hike with my daughter, who is the wildest animal, is proof we are in heaven right now.
