Two Years with Tonal, yet...

…I am still feeling like I am weak and not in a routine. Tonal is that home gym that you install on a wall and let’s you do all sorts of weight lifting and workouts to keep the body fit. It is SUCH A GOOD product in every way, but I still can’t get addicted to it.

I know this is my fault and not that of Tonal’s. I know many who have gotten shredded and ripped using it and some who have hit the 1 million pounds lifted (yes it tracks everything, and that should get me more excited).

So, I think next year I want to be accountable to all of you and I am going to double these numbers below…no… I am going to triple them!!!!!

This is my only new years resolution.
