My favorite book from my early 20s was “Into The Wild”. This is a true story of a young man who was a wanderlust and travels across the USA tramping. He works a few jobs to sustain his life lived out of a backpack. The movie is amazing. Eddie Vedder scored every song and it was the first digital album I purchased on iTunes. Give this song a listen.

I had a year that felt very similar to what Chris McCandless did in the book. I did the tramping and traveling around and even lived in the desert guiding kids on a wilderness program called Anasazi.

Today I was at OutpostX and it brought back a lot of the same feels of 2002-2003 when I was traveling as a blissfully lost human. I will write an honest review this week of the experience I had here.

Happy 420 and happy Friday!!!
