Are We Just Prompts?

Everyday I try to put some words into the world. Usually it is here on Scottsposts. I have a Sun journal that I keep to just say a few words in the morning and in the evening. I have a friend who made a journal for his company, Day One, that has prompts to write so you get over any blockage, if you have that.

Here is a writing prompt for today, if you have the time to write even a sentence down.

What do you love right now that you never imagined yourself loving 20 years ago?

For me, naps. Love them. I am so excited to try them even I can’t fall asleep. I put on a goga nidra like this and it usually helps get some deep rest.
