Sucked Out & Alive

Superdrag was a staple of my Highschool experience.  Very talented band that hit mainstream with this song.  My best friend growing up was a talented at guitar and vocals and would introduce me to most of the music I still love and listen to.

I think about how each band I know usually came from a suggestion of a friend who I love and trust.  Music is such a shareable medium that brings us together and locks in core memories The lyrics become shared language that connect us.

Thank you Scotty L for all the music you brought into my life!!! The DiscMan going into the Aux on the B2000 Mazda is where dream were made.

I didn’t have a song yesterday so today I’m making up with two songs and some extra goodies on the imagery. I had the same Discman pictures here and when I put in Pearl Jam’s first album and played Alive, I knew as an 11 year old boy I was living. I had a universe to explore inside my headphones. My life is a movie and my songs are the soundtrack.
