Jeff relapsed on the entrepreneur drug. My same brother that inspired me to write about the name Jeff. You have probably seen him on Linkedin the last few months. He was rewarded to the tune of $100 per post that he made on Linkedin. This was the incentive necessary to get him to post daily like i used to before Billy G’s boys excommunicated Scott Paul from Linkedin.
I thought it was a gray area for companies to pay people to post, but leave it to a Paul boy to figure out how to harvest their social media for money. I actually couldn’t figure out how to harvest, I’m shit for a farmer. I share my wisdom for free, and you get what you pay for;)
Ironically, Jeff bailed on the very company that provided such a perk and is now going out on his own in his 40s to be a founder and to help you save on your property taxes. He vibe coded with his neighbor in a weekend a way to save taxes:

As you can see in the url, I asked my brother for a referral code and he went and made it in an hour. Now I am going to make serious cash if you all try to save on property taxes. It’s never too late to profit from my followers and readers. But I also don’t need your money cuz I made it years ago. If any money comes from my brother to (which would be a first) I will put it into briefcase and hide it and put a clue in an upcoming post and you and your kids can go hunt for it like you did last to find my trash.
Personally. I am reluctant to use this service because I know my neighbor pays way more tax and has smaller property, so I am just going to avoid this, but if you are my neighbor and overpaying, you should use this. That is what Jeff and his neighbor vibe coded… a way for you to see if you are paying too much. doesn’t hurt to try.
My plan to reduce property tax is to encourage everyone to make their home a church. The leading religion in Utah is asking everyone to have a church-centered home…so basically they are inviting you to create the same tax shelter They enjoy for Their properties.
