Everyday is Sunday
Everyday is Sunday,
I don’t track days of the week anymore. I don’t have any commitments that depend on days of the week. So I make everyday a Sunday. This is a day of worship. How do I worship? By giving thanks to the day that is and the power than made it so. I have had so many blessings since my last writings that I want to share with the few friends that have stuck it out on these journal entries over the years.
Today I’m taking you through a visual journey of the last two weeks because there’s more in these photos than any words I can write. I don’t use social media and got kicked off of Linkedin for the 7th time and lost my 3rd account so I think that means social networks are officially done for me.
Observe these fish that my wife got at Swiss days here in Japanese Zen garden Natalie made next to our house:
Just like every other woman in Utah, Natalie joined the fad of playing mah-jongg and making sourdough:
Sarah has two ducks from Easter that are still making a home in our pond and yard and they have brought so much joy and peace to the visitors of the ranch (and I know my readers love duck pics):
I went to Joshua tree for my Bday and stopped in St. George for a pedicure with my biz partner Trent and life partner, Matt Riley, I mean Natalie:
Lee cyber truck all the way to San Diego for my birthday and got to meet our closest friends along the way:
This is Captain Peter Nemrow
This is very special. John makes flutes for anybody that stops in Joshua Tree
Natalie broke out her skis again and joshua tree national Park to get some practice for her race in Italy in January
:
We got a little ride on my birthday:
Our friend Ram lives in joshua tree and we played flute:
I got to have a birthday celebration with my brother Derek. We call it our Merry Birthday, which is the time between both of our two September birthdays at Scratch Omakase in Deer Valley:
You may have heard of the hailstorm that destroyed a lot of things in Heber Valley, but the rainbow always appears
The World Cup mountain bike cross-country race was held in Soldier Hollow and here is the man who put it on. He’s so sexy and his girl so sexy and just became grandma today!!
We got to play that night as friends at the Soho Sauna
I got to perform marriage and officiate in the same place where I remarry Natalie a year ago. This woman has shown me so much of what is possible in the world of medicine and miracles and I got to use Italian to marry them as she is from Rome and her mother was there who didn’t speak English.
Nacho playing pickleball (sexy single shaman)
Shane playing.. somehow I won a game vs both Shane and Nacho
Golfing with Richie and then Bennett brothers
Kelly Slater receiving a gift that Nacho made me to give him:
Kelly is proud supporter and adviser and investor in our company
My fav travel companion and co founder, Brother Stapler
God saying good night
Canyoneering satruday in Zion

Brent finishing roof today This is Brent two weeks ago and he finished this roof today with my help.
That is a quick tour of 2 weeks or 14 Sun days. Everyday is sacred. I am driving home from building the cabin and soon to be in Nephi, the town settled by an ancient figure from the Book of Mormon 2,400 years ago, ironically the home of Brandon Flowers, lead singer of the Killers. If you want a free copy of the Book of Mormon, hit up my Nephew who is giving them away for 2 years. He is in Korea, but he will mail you one for sure brecken.paul@missionary.org
I can’t wait to get home and shower. It’s been 72 full hours. I am sending out messages every day if you want to get in on my Sun mantra email to start your morning? Just reply or like this and I will get you a daily message free from the Church of The Sun!
Happy Monday Sun day,
